Group investments, Syndications

Broker, lawyer, and syndication specialist, Leona Kline will be speaking on the steps in forming and operating group investments or syndications. 

The steps Leona will cover include: using a limited liability company as your ownership entity, establishing a limited liability company to act as managing member, choosing the property, choosing a specific group of investors, securing the property, marking the investment, managing the entity. 

Leona will also talk about the advantages of the syndication over traditional investments or traditional types of real-estate transactions.  She will discuss the PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) and it's essential elements.

Location:  Keller Williams office in Hillcrest above the 24hr fitness. Parking available in the building.
