It was another fulfilling and amazing four day real estate conference – Keller Williams Family Reunion. More than 17,000 energetic agents gathered for four power-packed days of networking and training. It taught us not only about real estate but more about life, relationships and growth.


As part of a leadership conversation Keller Williams Realty International leaders charted an ambitious course for growth and technology. Keller Williams is investing $41.1M back into us and into technology.

The franchise unveiled The Keller Cloud, positioned as the industry’s simplest and smartest platform for agents to learn and earn. With consumer facing elements embedded, The Keller Cloud will provide a fully integrated experience to run a business. KellerCloud includes two integrated products: KWConnect and KWCommand.

Keller Williams’ product strategy reflects a continued commitment to training and education. This is reflected in KWConnect, a trusted resource for the many agents who have adopted it. Powered by Keller Williams agents, KWConnect is on its way to becoming the most influential community of real estate professionals in the country. It will only get smarter and become more deeply integrated into the Keller Cloud.

Key to empowering agents to own and execute their growth plans is KWCommand. A solution that applies the best practices that Gary Keller is developing for The Millionaire Real Estate Agent second edition, KWCommand knows your goals, knows your market, collects data on your customers and helps run every aspect of your business from one location. An agent’s database is their business and this goes far beyond a CRM, which we know doesn’t work.

New vendors were also announced, like Facebook, which allows agents to order and serve FB ads. And companies such as dotloop hung on through the transition, building to the new KW platform. New partners include chat bot developer OJO and bookkeeping and accounting software company ProfitDash.

Kelle is our artificial intelligence program. Think Siri to Apple. Cortana to Microsoft. Kelle will be voice controlled, and be your virtual assistant across our entire Keller Cloud.
