The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Veteran Affairs (VA), and The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has issued the maximum loan limits that will apply to conventional VA, and FHA loans for 2017.

Riverside: $379,500
Orange County: $636,150
Los Angeles: $636,150
Ventura: $636,150
San Diego: $612,950

San Diego County’s home prices have risen the most of the three counties in the last year, in part reflected in the new higher mortgage limit. The median home price was $507,500 in October, according to CoreLogic.
